In the event called Blue Days, Stoller EMEA regional president Sergio Aguilar explained the company's customer-oriented working strategy in detail. Expressing that the transition from product-oriented company structure to customer-oriented company structure is the way of the future, Aguilar said that developing a product and looking for a market for it was a system used in the past, but the new world is shaping us from product focus to solution focus. We are working to find solutions for the region, the plant, the problems experienced in that region and to meet customer needs. The agriculture of the future requires more production with less input. “There are many negative scenarios before us and we must work to find solutions to them,” he said.
He explained that the Stoller company has 16 factories around the world, that new factories will continue to be opened in many locations such as India, Russia and North Africa, that there is only one Stoller serving worldwide, and that all factories provide the same quality service with this union. Stoller Turkey General Manager Gökhan Abak talked about this strategy and perspective and the work they carry out in the regions under the responsibility of Stoller Turkey. Stating that they closed 2021 with a growth rate of 80%, Abak said that they will continue to enlarge the team in order to increase the service quality. He explained that the increase in satisfaction seen in the evaluation of the year 2020-2021 in the customer survey results motivates the entire Stoller Turkey team and that they will continue on their way as a customer-oriented and solution-producing company in 2022.
