Main Features
- It is a broad-spectrum fungicide from the Azole group.
- Tebuconazole inhibits ergosterol biosynthesis, but unlike others, it acts at multiple sites in the ergosterol biosynthesis chain.
- Due to its systemic nature, the active substance penetrates the plant and is continuously and homogeneously distributed in the leaf tissue. Thanks to this feature, it is effective for a long time on newly developing shoots and leaves.
- It has preventive, curative and in some cases eradicating properties. Therefore, it provides good control even in the period when the symptoms of the disease begin to appear in the leaf.
- It prevents further spread of the disease.
- In addition to these advantages, Tebuconazole is suitable for integrated control principles in terms of toxicological and ecotoxicological properties.
- Under natural conditions, it has no adverse side effects against beneficials such as Syrphus corollae, Pterostichus melanarius, Poecilus cupreus, Aleochora bilineata, Coccinella symptomempunctata, and predatory red spiders such as Phytoseiulus persimilis.
